About EgyptMore
EgyptMore designs and coordinates private journeys in Egypt. We come from hospitality, so we plan around how the days will feel: pace, rooms, guides and transfers. Licensed, carefully vetted local operators deliver the travel services.
No. We design the trip and coordinate it. Licensed Egyptian travel companies and local professionals operate it, and your written confirmation names the operator for each service. We stay your point of contact before and during the trip.
Day tours and excursions, Multi-day packages, Private guides and drivers, Nile experiences, Desert and oasis trips, Red Sea and Sinai experiences, Family-friendly and honeymoon itineraries.
Yes. Tell us your dates, who is travelling, how much walking suits you and what you most want to see. We build the route around that and send it to you in writing to adjust.
Booking & Payments
You can request a booking through the website or contact us with your dates, number of travellers, cities you want to visit, travel style, and any must-do experiences. We’ll confirm availability and send the final details.
Your booking is confirmed once availability is secured, payment (or deposit) is completed, and you receive written confirmation from us.
The website does not take payment. When your trip is ready to confirm, we tell you in writing how and to whom payment is made, in which currency, and what is refundable, before you pay anything.
It depends. Private experiences are often priced per vehicle or per group size, while group experiences are usually priced per person. We will always clarify pricing clearly before you book.
Typically, tips are not included unless stated. If tipping is common for your experience, we’ll guide you with what’s appropriate.
Customization
Yes. We can build trips that are slow and relaxed, balanced, or very active.
Yes—this is a big part of what we do. Tell us what you love (food, history, photography, spirituality, adventure, etc.) and we’ll tailor suggestions.

Some hotels, boats, flights and permits are sold on stricter terms. Where that applies, your written confirmation says so for that service before you pay. The full wording is in the Terms of Service.
In many cases, yes—depending on availability and any non-refundable components. Contact us as early as possible so we can adjust smoothly.

Pickup, Transport & Logistics

Safety & Travel Requirements
We cannot answer that for you, and nobody can promise it. Read your own government’s current travel advice for Egypt, because it differs by region and changes. Our part is practical: licensed operators, known drivers, realistic timings, and a contact who answers during the trip. Our Safety & Advice guide links the official advisories.
Visa rules depend on your nationality. We recommend checking official government guidance or your embassy before travel. If you tell us your passport nationality, we can share general guidance (non-legal).
We strongly recommend travel insurance for international trips.
